  • In order to protect our wholesale customers, before we release wholesale information, we require verification of your status as a legitimate business. Before filling out the catalog feedback request,  please have your valid merchant id OR state resale license number OR Federal Tax ID, OR Business License or Federal EIN ready to enter into the form.  Thank you.
     

  • You need only fill out your name, Company name, Resale License number and email address in order to be granted access to our Wholesale Shopping Area, which displays prices for all of our wholesale offerings, and also allows you to shop Wholesale on-line.
     

  • A copy of our Wholesale Price list will be emailed to the email address you supply on the form, as well as a login name (your email address) and a password so that you can re-enter the Wholesale Shopping Area when enver you wish.
