US MILITARY DISCOUNT on MANDARAVA ORDERS
10% Discount for US Military personnel and their families
In honor of our US Military, Coast Guard and Reservist personnel and veterans,
and also recognizing the sacrifices of their families, we offer a special 10% US Military discount for all
current and former US Military personnel and their families. This includes US Army,
US Marines, US Navy, US National Guard, US Air Force and all
Reserve Units. All current, retired, veteran and reserve personnel
are eligible, as well as parents, spouses and children of these
personnel. ALSO INCLUDED are all packages mailed to FPO or APO
addresses.
PLEASE NOTE: the 10% discount will be applied after we receive your
order (our cart system cannot currently calculate this
discount, so we will do it manually after we receive your order).
The 10% discount will be applied to the
item subtotal amount. Shipping/handling and/or tax cannot be discounted.
Please note: Discount does not apply to certain deeply discounted
items & sale pages. Please see details further down on page under
"Exceptions".
How to Obtain Your Discount (i.e., How it Works!)
If you have a Military Discount code, just
enter it in the "Comments" box on the order payment page.
If you are eligible, but do not have a coupon code, please enter the
name and rank ONLY of your qualifying service person in the "Comments"
box on the order payment page (for the safety of our troops in the
field, please DO NOT include any deployment information regarding active
duty service personnel). If you are shipping to an FPO or
APO, we will automatically discount the subtotal of your order
after we receive it.
(Our cart cannot currently calculate the discount automatically--we will
do it manually after we receive your order and review it--you are NOT
charged on-line. Your card is charged manually after we review
your order.
Please note: For those of you shipping to FPOs or APOs,
the US Post office sometimes charges more shipping than is estimated on
your order. If this is the case, and if the shipping amount
exceeds the stated estimate by more than $1, we will notify you
with the shipping total before we charge your order, and wait for your
approval.
Orders are NOT charged on line, they are charged manually after we
receive them, review them, and deduct your discount.

SHIPPING OR RECEIVING PACKAGES
OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (non-US Military):
Please be aware that all items we sell are shipped from the
United States of America to your destination. This means that if the destination for your
order is outside the United States, as far as YOUR government is concerned, you are
IMPORTING goods from a foreign country, and those goods may be subject to YOUR COUNTRY'S
tariffs, taxes, impound fees, Customs and Excise, and other charges. These
charges are imposed by YOUR government, and are NOT included with the product price
or shipping/handling charges that Mandarava charges. In addition, many
countries have restrictions on what items may be imported.
As a United States company, Mandarava does not and cannot include those charges in its
shipping fees (this would be illegal). Also, since every country's laws are
different and frequently changing, we cannot calculate those additional charges for
you. We must, therefore, advise you that you are entirely responsible
for any additional charges that your government may impose on your package.
In some cases, customers have received many packages from us without problem--then
suddenly, a package will be impounded by their country's Postal Office or Customs Office,
resulting in very large additional charges.
PLEASE APPRISE YOURSELF OF YOUR COUNTRY'S LAWS REGARDING THE IMPORT OF PACKAGES. WE

Payment Terms: We currently accept VISA,
MASTERCARD, PayPal, checks and money orders. To make a PayPal payment, please confirm your
charges with us via email before depositing funds to our PayPal account ID
sales@mandarava.com. We also accept Personal check, Cashier's check or Money Order
made out to Mandarava. Checks and money orders should be mailed to Mandarava at
P.O. Box 172, Lomita CA 90717. Checks must clear your bank before items will be
shipped. There is a $25 charge for N.S.F. checks. In the highly
unlikely and undesirable event that this account must turned over to an Attorney for
collection, the customer will pay reasonable Attorney fees Additionally, in the event a
suit or action is filed in respect to the collection of this account, the customer shall
pay all Attorney fees at the trial level and on appeal.
Price Lists & Catalogs: Currently our Retail and Wholesale
Catalogs are on-line; we have no hard-copy catalogs at this time. All of our Retail
on-line pages have the price listed for the item right on the page, along with a cart-link
so that you may order on-line. However, for special order items, please use our

Privacy Statement: Mandarava® does not share its
customer or visitor information with any organization, institution, group or business
other than as specific to and necessary for the verification of sales transactions.
Mandarava may, from time to time, contact its customers, site visitors, or inquirers with
updated sales information. The information used for these contacts is never provided
to other organizations or companies under any circumstances either individually or en
masse.
Returns & Exchanges:

If you wish to return or exchange an item for reasons other than damage
or error, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order to
obtain a Return Verification Number and return instructions. Items to be returned or
exchanged must be received by us within 15 days of your purchase. Items must be resalable
and undamaged. If packaged, item must be in original packaging, and packaging must be
undamaged. Special orders, custom orders, and body products (fragrances, bath
salts, etc.) are NOT returnable unless the item has been damaged in shipping (see
"Shipping Damage Claims" below). There is a 10% restocking fee and
customer agrees to pay all freight charges on items returned for any reason other than
damage claims.
Shipping Damage Claims:
All claims for
merchandise damages in shipping MUST be made to us by phone or email within 5 days
of your receipt of your order so that we may file a claim with the shipper. You will
receive an Adjustment Verification Number--please write it down! You will also receive
instructions for returning the merchandise. Merchandise should be kept in original box
with its packaging (as you received it) for possible inspection by delivery carrier.
Mandarava cannot accept responsibility for damages or if these procedures are
not followed. Please note that shippers normally refund on damage claims within 30-60 days
of receipt of claim--we have not control over that. You may be required by the shipper to
fill out appropriate paperwork certifying the validity of the claim, and we will require
your timely assistance in that procedure in order to get your claim processed as quickly
as possible.
Order Error Claims:
If your order is short
or incorrect in any way, PLEASE notify us by phone within 5 days of
receipt of your order to obtain a correction or credit. Errors reported after that
time cannot be corrected.
Item Defect Claims:
Any item found to be
defective should be reported to us within 30 days of receipt of your
order. Please notify us by phone or email to obtain a Return Verification Number and
return instructions. Defect must be due to inherent product defect, not damage
due to shipping, misuse or mishandling of item. If defect is due to shipping, please
follow the procedures above in "shipping damage claims" and notify us by phone
within 5 days.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping amounts quoted on your on-line order form are
ESTIMATES for CONTINENTAL UNITED STATE delivery, and are usually
accurate within about 50 cents for continental United States. If your
actual shipping/handling amount exceeds the quoted shipping estimate
shown in the on-line shopping cart by more than $1, you will be notified
via email before we charge your account. We make every effort to charge
you the least amount of shipping/handling possible, and will usually
ship US Parcel Post for smaller items. If possible, out-of-stock items
are back-ordered and shipped as soon as available unless otherwise
requested. Orders are shipped US Parcel Postal whenever possible, and
UPS for larger items, unless otherwise requested or specified. vary slightly for on-line orders, and are quoted ONLY for continental United
States. For orders delivered outside the continental United States, you will be notified
of your shipping/handling charges via email, and we will await your confirmation of the
total charges before we ship. If you would like your order insured, please inform us via
email or phone, since there is a small charge imposed by the carriers for this service.

Mandarava® line items are available at wholesale prices to legitimate retailers. We have
a $100 minimum for initial wholesale orders. You must have a valid state Resale License.
