We regret to announce that the Mandarava
Drop-Ship program has been suspended pending further notice. Although we were
hesitant to take this step, it had become obvious that many drop-ship customers found the
instructions and program too difficult to follow. A number of drop-ship customers
were found to be doing the following:1. Placing Mandarava items on websites for
drop-ship without having a drop-ship agreement with us.
2. Placing Mandarava retail items on websites for drop-ship that we neither
wholesale nor drop-ship.
3. Assuming that the wholesale price and the drop-ship price were the same, thus losing
money when they sold items.
4. Placing grossly incorrect or misleading descriptions of Mandarava items on their
websites.
5. Forwarding incorrect shipping and/or payment information to us.
Again, we greatly regret having to take this somewhat drastic step, however we feel
that the problems involved with this program have caused more headaches for our customers
than their profits are worth. We will be reviewing our program with an eye toward
simplification and fool-proofness in the future. Please stay tuned.
