Sink into the blue, deep water of silence. Silencing your thoughts, sink
into tranquil waters.
Above you, on the surface of the water, is furious activity: ducks paddling frantically,
fish jumping to catch flies, sharks eating smaller fish, and on and on.
And beyond that, in the cities of men: traffic jams, talk shows, sky scrapers. But you are
here, deep in the dark blue waters, waters that hush the harsh sounds of man.
Breathe the water, purer than air it is. Warm as amniotic fluid is this water, deeper,
darker. Silent, safe.
To this place of deep tranquillity and silence, sink, purposefully, deliberately.
You might want to come up for air soon. But not yet. |
