How will you know that
you are following my Path and not your own? How will you know you are expressing My Will
and not your own small selfishness?
This is how: your life will cease to be a knot of
confusion, struggle, schemes and intrigue. It will unwind gently, like a skein of gossamer
silk, floating sweetly on the scented breeze.
Instead of trying to change others to fit your
needs, you will fill your life with people whose presence is a balm to your heart, those
who need no change or alteration in order to honor and cherish you, nor you, them.
Your daily tasks will be a single hymn to me, because you have offered yourself to me.
Your work will have been chosen out of knowledge that I am taking care of you, rather than
out of the idea that you must work to survive, and thus waste your life in needless
boredom and suffering.
Then only may I direct you to your true work, the
work of your heart and your soul, the work that glorifies Me.
When your feet are firmly upon my Path, you will
feel my love as the summer sun within you, warming and illuminating the long, winding road
before you that you may no longer need to stumble upon the thorns of darkness.
