I am sacred.

My body is sacred.

My thoughts are sacred.

My emotions are sacred.

Every cell of my body is sacred, every molecule, every atom

and all the spaces in between.

For every part of me is made of God.

The earth I walk upon is sacred, for it is the body of God.

The animals are my sacred sisters and brothers, for they are of God.

The plants, trees, flowers, and grasses are my sacred sisters and brothers, for they are of God. The rocks, mountains, streams, sky, clouds, air are my sacred sisters and brothers, and they are of God.

The earth, sea and sky are as a mother to me, for they are of God.

The sun is as a mother to me, for she is of God. From the smallest spec to the greatest star, all these things and beings are of God, and therefore, are One.

And all that is of God is sacred.

The food I eat is sacred, and the precious plants and animals who gave their lives for my sustenance are sacred, for they, too, are of God. To them I express my eternal gratitude for their sacrifice.

The air I breathe, and the wind that cools me is sacred, sweet and fragrant with God's presence, for it, too, is of God. The water I drink to quench my thirst or bathe in to cleanse my body is sacred, for it, too, is of God.

All who amuse me, vex me, love me, hate me, help me, hinder me are sacred. For they, too, are of God. Every single part of the earth, sea, sky, mountain, forest is sacred. For all of it is part of God.

All the Universe is sacred. For the Universe, all that is beyond and within it, is God.
