You Are Made of My Love

Your physical body is made entirely of Me. How can there be any part of it that you do not or cannot love? If you think some part of you is imperfect, ask yourself, "Is God imperfect? Is God's love imperfect?" Of course not! There is no part of God that is not perfect, especially God's love. And you are made of that love. If there is a part of your physical body which you do not love, stop and love it now.

Starting with your toes, look at each part of your body, feel it, massage it, talk to it. Tell your feet you love them, then rub them lovingly. Do the same with your ankles, calves, thighs, on up to your scalp. Thank the Goddess for every single inch of your body and for the LOVE out of which it is made. Imagine your body glowing with light and love. Love your body, for it is made of God.

Hold out your hand and imagine it beginning to disintegrate, that is, the atoms are separating and dispersing. This dispersion continues up your arm through your chest, down one side of your body and up the next, leaving your head intact until it, too, begins to disintegrate. Now your are looking at the room from your spirit eyes, in a disintegrated state. You have no form, no body, no prejudice about your body, you are only aimless molecules drifting through the universe. Your atoms are exchanged with other atoms as your travel through time and space until every single cell of your body has received new atoms and molecules.

You now begin to coalesce again, completely new, but completely the same. Your mind remains, but every single atom in you has been replaced. You are renewed. molecules of water from a mountain stream, minerals from the sea and forest and meadow have replaced your minerals. And now you see how you are part of everything, how pieces of the universe are part of you.

And you are made of the Goddess' LOVE.
