| You are a cool, clear drop of water. Feel your coolness, you are a child
of mountain streams. Feel your freshness, you are a child of the glaciers. Feel your
fluidness, you are a child of alpine lakes. Visualize your clearness, your cleanness, an
uncolored jewel through which light passes freely. Your gleaming surface reflects the snow
on the mountains, the ice on the lake. Cool and round you are. Cool, fresh, fluid.
Cool. Round. Smooth. Shining. Fluid and free. Feel your cool, fluid boundaries expanding.
Feel them contracting. And again, expanding, in eternal vibration.
You are a drop of water with finite boundaries contracting and expanding in harmony
with the hum of the Universe. You are a Universe unto yourself. Complete. Sublime. Fluid.
Peaceful.
Imagine now that you are floating over the alpine lake of your origin, the cool, fresh
mountain lake that is your home. It is placid, yet alive. Cold, yet welcoming. Clear and
reflecting, as a perfect mirror, the surrounding forest.
Drop now! Drop down, down, falling, falling, bouncing lightly on the surface of your
home. Up and down! Bounce, bounce , bounce! Gleeful, happy, free. More slowly now, slower,
slower, slowing down, rolling now, slowly. Slow down now, roll slowly then halt. You are a
free, round drop, sitting on the surface of your cool, refreshing home.
Sitting on the surface of still water. A drop of still, cool water.
Feel your boundaries begin to dissolve, slowly at first. You are melting, dissolving
into the cool, calm surroundings. Your surface begins to dissolve, flowing outward into
the joining. Dissolving, dissolving. Feel your watery self stretching outward, then, at
the very limit of your being, dissolving, melting. You are melting into the limitless
coolness of your home.
Breathe deeply. You are breathing yourself through watery lungs. You are breathing
yourself mixing freely with your watery home. You are breathing yourself mixing with
watery others.
Slowly the oneness flows into you and mixes with you. Slowly every molecule, every cell
of You is replaced with other. Yet you are still You. Yet you are still Other. You are one
with One.
