| Believe in my LOVE! Believe that I love you, truly believe it, and your
life shall be healed. So often you believe that the things that happen about you are
punishments--bad things. But occurrences are neither good nor bad; they are merely
occurrences. I do not bring trouble or heartache into your life to punish you. Each
troubled time is a time of learning. If you would believe that I truly love you, that I
would never hurt you, then you would see the world differently. A death becomes a
beginning. A loss becomes an opportunity. A change becomes the chance to explore new inner
resources.
Faith is the willingness to believe that I LOVE YOU, no matter what the circumstances
appear to be--to believe that that which is happening is not happening as a punishment.
Faith is a clearer set of eyes than you were born with--a new way of seeing. It may seem
like denial or foolishness, but it changes your responses, your feelings.
Faith opens your heart so that I may enter it to heal you. |
