The Session: Laying out the Crystals
|
At this point in the session, you have turned on the music, lit the candles and incense, obtained
crucial information regarding your Client, and made your Client as comfortable as possible. Now
it's time for the main part of the treatment part of the session.
1. Take out your crystals and arrange them, in order of chakra on a special cloth next to your
Client or on a small table near your Client.
2. Instruct your Client to close his/her eyes. Ask the Client to breath in deeply, hold for for 3
seconds, then exhale slowly. The Client should continue this throughout this portion of the
session. You should breathe along with your Client 3 or 4 times before you continue.
3. Speak in a low, melodious tone to your Client. You want your Client to relax completely
during this part of this treatment part of the session. Because your Client's eyes are shut, you
will need to explain verbally everything that you are doing. Speak slowly and hypnotically. Do
not rush. Concentrate completely. Do not leave your Client's side for any reason---unless the
house is on fire! (In that case, get yourself and your Client out in a hurry).
4. Begin placing the crystals on each chakra--slowly. Be sure to verbally and slowly explain to
your Client everything you are doing, and why. For example, you might say something like "Now
I am gong to place the hematite crystal near your Base Chakra. This crystal helps balance the
energy center devoted to physical survival." "Now I am going to place the carnelian crystal near
your Sacral Chakra. This crystal balances the energy center that deals with creation and
procreation", etc.
5. As you place each crystal, have your Client breath in deeply and hold for 3 seconds then
exhale slowly, repeating for at least 2 minutes for each crystal. Your Client should
concentrate on the chakra area and visualize energy moving upward, starting with the Base
Chakra through each of the chakras as you place the stones. Instruct the Client to visualize the
following colors of lights as you work with each chakra:
1st chakra - Red light
2nd chakra - Orange light
3rd chakra - Golden light
4th chakra - Pink light then green light
5th chakra - Blue light
6th chakra - purple light
7th chakra - white light
Continue in this manner until all of the crystals are placed on the appropriate chakras. Since the
main idea of the Chakra Balancing Crystal Healing Treatment is to even out the flow of energy to
the chakras, you are now ready for the next part:
After the crystals are all placed, hold the palm of your hand over each chakra, starting with the
Base Chakra. Do you notice any particular differences in temperature. If so, you have
encountered a blockage of the chakra. If any of the areas appear to be cooler than the rest,
you have encountered a shortage of energy in this area.
If you encounter a blockage, tell the Client, and ask them to visualize moving the energy upward
from this area. At the same time, hold your palms over the area, about 2 inches above the area
and visualize moving the energy with the palm of your hand, like a magnet. Move your hand
upward toward the next chakra.
If you encounter a shortage, tell the Client, and ask the Client to visualize moving energy upward
into the area from the lower chakra. If the shortage occurs at the 1st chakra, have the Client
visualize moving energy into the chakra from outside his/her body. Hold your hand below the
chakra, and visualize moving the energy into the chakra.
At the completion of this process for the 7 chakras, ask your client to breath deeply and peacefully for approximately 1 minute.
Then carefully remove each of the crystals, placing them on a a small cloth so that you can cleanse them later. Never handle your crystals carelessly or bump them together. Do no allow the client to handle the crystals after you have finished the balancing, and do not handle them directly yourself. Allow the client to sit up if he/she wishes, while you wrap the crystals up in the cloth. Do not handle the crystals unless they are wrapped in a cloth, or unless you are wearing cloth gloves. Put the crystals aside for cleansing.
Continuing to speak slowly and calmly to your Client, ask the Client how she/he feels and discuss any blockages that you might have encountered during the session. Offer your Client some light refreshment, and encourage them to express any feelings they may have experienced during the session--you might also make notes based on your Client's reaction and keep them in a special folder for that Client.
You are now done! Remember, how you treat your client will determine whether he/she comes back to see you again!
