It's EASY!
To order retail items from Mandarava using our fully-secured on-line system. Just
follow these simple steps:
1. Just click "add to my cart" from any of the
Retail Catalog Pages to add items to your cart.
A "thank you" message will pop up each time an item is added.
2. Click on "CHECK CART" at
the top of any Retail Catalog page to see your cart.
3. Press "submit order" from
the Cart to start the ordering process.
4. Enter your billing information on
the SECURED billing information page and press the "submit billing info" button.
5. Enter your shipping information on the SECURED shipping information page and
press "submit shipping info", or, if your shipping info is the same as your
billing info, just press the "shipping info same as billing info" button.
6. Review your initial order and shipping amount, and enter your payment information
on our SECURED payment information page. Press "submit pmt info" button.
7. REVIEW YOUR ORDER on our SECURED order review page. This page will allow
you to review and re-edit any information required. When done, press "confirm
order info". This step is required for your order to be processed.
8. Your receipt will appear on the screen. Please print your receipt for your
records.
9. You will receive a short email message confirming your order at the email you gave us
in your order.
SHIPPING RATE
ESTIMATE NOTICE:
Please note: We make every effort to
charge you only the actual shipping/handling charges required for your order.
Shipping amounts shown on the on-line system are approximate, and your shipping amount
will probably be less than that show. If, for any reason, your shipping amount is
more than $1 over the amount quoted, we will contact you, and, in these cases, you will
not be billed until you have approved the adjusted amount.
PRIVACY NOTICE: Your information is entirely secure with us. We do not sell or
share your information with any other parties, except as necessary to complete the
sales transaction.
Special Notice for customers receiving
packages outside of the United States of America:
Please be aware that all items we sell
are shipped from the United States of America to your destination. This
means that if the destination for your order is outside the United
States, as far as your government is concerned, you are IMPORTING goods
from a foreign country, and those goods may be subject to your country's
tariffs, taxes, impound fees, Customs and Excise, and other charges.
These charges are imposed by your government, not the United States
government, and are NOT included with the product price
or shipping/handling charges that Mandarava charges. In
addition, many countries have restrictions on what items you may import.
As a United States company, Mandarava does not and cannot include those charges in its
shipping fees (this would be illegal). Also, since every country's laws are
different and frequently changing, we cannot calculate those additional charges for
you. We must, therefore, advise you that you are entirely responsible
for any additional charges that your government may impose on your package.
In some cases, customers have received many packages from us without problem--then
suddenly, a package will be impounded by their country's Postal Office or Customs Office,
resulting in very large additional charges.
PLEASE APPRISE YOURSELF OF YOUR COUNTRY'S LAWS REGARDING THE IMPORT OF PACKAGES. WE
CANNOT REFUND ORDERS THAT ARE IMPOUNDED BY CUSTOMS.
