Delivery Policies
In order keep costs down so that we can offer you the best value, we
do not order items in advance from our vendors, and we must have an
order minimum accumulated before we order from them. In addition,
many of our jewelry items are hand-made to your order. Therefore,
please be patient. It requires from 5-7 business days for us to order and
receive your items from the vendor (T-Shirts require more time), and a
few days for us to process and pack your order. Please allow a
minimum of 10 to 17 business days to receive your order. You can
always email us at the email above to check on your order. During
the Holidays, we suggest you order your T-Shirts several weeks early.
FREE Jewelry and T-Shirt Shipping Offer REQUIREMENTS
PLEASE READ TO AVOID CONFUSION
1. If your order
contains $65.00 or more in jewelry, the
jewelry will ship FREE.
If your
order contains 10 T-Shirts or more,
the T-Shirts will ship FREE.
Any other items in your order will be charged the normal shipping
rates for those items.

2. The FREE Shipping offer is valid for the
continental United States (USA)
only. Sorry, we cannot include APO/FPO deliveries or Hawaii,
Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or International deliveries in this offer.
3. Your card is NOT charged on-line, so
shipping is reviewed after we receive your order, and if your order
qualifies for FREE SHIPPING, the order total will be adjusted before your card is
charged.

T-Shirts (or more) only and is being delivered within the continental United
States (non FPO/APO) via regular U. S. Mail:

Example #3: Your order contains $65.00 (or
more) in jewelry and 10 T-Shirts (or more) and is being delivered within the
continental United States (non FPO/APO) via regular U.S. Mail:
--Your shipping cost is $0
Example #3. Your order contains
$65.00 (or more) in jewelry and a $25.00 statue, and is being delivered
within the continental United States (non FPO/APO) via regular U.S. Mail:
--Your shipping cost would be the same as if you had
only ordered the statue. We will calculate this after we receive your
order. Weight, size or zone surcharges may apply.
Example #4: Your order contains
10-T-Shirts (or more) and a $25.00 statue and is being delivered
within the continental United States (non FPO/APO) via regular U.S.
Mail:
--Your shipping rate would be the same as if you had
only ordered the statue. We will calculate this after we receive your
order. Weight, size or zone surcharges may apply.
Example #6: Your order contains
$65.00 in jewelry but is being delivered outside the continental United
States, or, is being sent to an FPO/APO:
--FREE shipping offer does not apply. If
the amount of shipping quoted on your order is not sufficient, we will
notify you via email and wait for your authorization before charging your
card.

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) from Southern California,
U.S.A.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING IS ADDED TO YOUR ORDER
FOR NON-JEWELRY AND NON-T-SHIRT ITEMS, AND IS BASED ON THE INDIVIDUAL ITEM'S WEIGHT
and/or SIZE.
FOR CONTINENTAL USA DELIVERY,
THE SHIPPING STATED ON YOUR ORDER FORM SHOULD BE SUFFICIENT. IF IT IS
NOT,
AND IF IT EXCEEDS THE SHIPPING AMOUNT STATED ON YOUR ORDER BY MORE THAN
$1.00, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL AND WE WILL WAIT FOR YOUR
AUTHORIZATION BEFORE CHARGING YOUR CARD.
Zone surcharges may apply depending on delivery area. In some
cases a small handling charge for multiple items that advance the order to a
larger size box may be added.
Shipping Surcharges for non-jewelry, non-t-shirt items:
A shipping surcharge is added
per
item depending on delivery area, size and weight of item. In
some cases, for very large items such as life-size statues, we will
contact you to make delivery arrangements and discuss delivery charges
and methods. This applies to all statuary items such as statues,
waterfalls, incense burners, candle burners, mirrors, frames, furniture,
lamps, wall sconces, house wares, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: IF, FOR ANY REASON, THE SHIPPING
REQUIRED FOR YOUR ORDER
EXCEEDS THE SHIPPING AMOUNT STATED ON YOUR ORDER BY MORE THAN $1.00, YOU
WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL AND WE WILL WAIT FOR YOUR AUTHORIZATION BEFORE
CHARGING YOUR CARD. WE ARE NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF MAKING MONEY ON
SHIPPING OR HANDLING CHARGES, AND WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ONLY CHARGE ENOUGH
TO PACK AND MAIL YOUR PACKAGE. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT, DUE TO
THE INCREASE IN GAS PRICES, THE U.S. MAIL AND OTHER CARRIERS HAVE INCREASED
THEIR PRICES.
MOST ORDERS ARE MAILED VIA
U.S.A. POSTAL SERVICE. LARGE STATUARY ORDERS MAY BE DROPPED-SHIPPED
FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR VIA SPECIAL FREIGHT.

Shipping Delivery Outside of Continental
United States: For shipping outside of the continental United
States, your shipping charges will be higher. For International
Shipping, we will contact you before charging your card if an additional
shipping amount is required.
Please remember that ALL service carriers have raised
their rates. We use the US Postal Service to obtain the best
shipping rate for you. Most smaller items are shipped Priority
Mail, however, we may use another method to keep your shipping costs
down.
