FREE Shipping Offer REQUIREMENTS - PLEASE READ
1. If your order contains $65.00 in jewelry, the
jewelry will ship FREE.
If your
order contains 10 T-Shirts or more,
the T-Shirts will ship FREE.
Any other items in your order will ship at our regular rates (see
rates below).
2. The FREE Shipping offer is valid for the
continental United States (USA)
only. Sorry, we cannot include APO/FPO deliveries or Hawaii,
Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or International deliveries in this offer.
3. Your card is NOT charged on-line, so
shipping is reviewed after we receive your order, and if your order
qualifies for FREE SHIPPING, the order total will be adjusted before your card is
charged. (We could not get our software modified in time to do
the correct calculations on-line, so we must do them manually after we
receive your order. Our apologies for the inconvenience.)
Regular Shipping Rates
Shipping Rates are subject to change without
notice. We make every effort to charge you only the actual
shipping and handling required to process and deliver your package.
The shipping stated on your order is our best calculated estimate, however,
if your shipping amount exceeds this estimate by $1 or more, we will
contact you for approval before charging your account. This may
delay delivery of your order depending on how quickly we receive your
approval. In many cases, your shipping will be less than the estimated
amount.
Also note, your order is
NOT charged on-line. We review each order after we receive it and before charging your credit
card. If your shipping/handling charge is excessive, we will reduce it
appropriately. If the shipping estimate is not enough to get your
package delivered, we will contact you via email and wait for your reply
before charging your account. ALL international customers will be
contacted, unless the shipping stated on the order is enough for international
shipping (it usually is not enough.)
For normal shipping of small, light items, such as jewelry and t-shirts,
our regular shipping and handling rates for the continental United
States are as follows

Zone surcharges may apply depending on delivery area. In some
cases a small handling charge for multiple items that advance the order to a
larger size box may be added.
Shipping Surcharges for non-jewelry, non-t-shirt items:
A shipping surcharge is added
per
item depending on delivery area, size and weight of item. In
some cases, for very large items such as life-size statues, we will
contact you to make delivery arrangements and discuss delivery charges
and methods. This applies to all statuary items such as statues,
waterfalls, incense burners, candle burners, mirrors, frames, furniture,
lamps, wall sconces, house wares, etc.
Shipping Delivery Outside of Continental
United States: For shipping outside of the continental United
States, your shipping charges will be higher. For International
Shipping, we will contact you before charging your card if an additional
shipping amount is required.
Please remember that ALL service carriers have raised
their rates. We use the US Postal Service to obtain the best
shipping rate for you. Most smaller items are shipped Priority
Mail, however, we may use another method to keep your shipping costs
down.
Delivery Policies
In order keep costs down so that we can offer you the best value, we
do not order items in advance from our vendors, and we must have an
order minimum accumulated before we order from them. In addition,
many of our jewelry items are hand-made to your order. Therefore,
please be patient. It requires from 5-7 business days for us to order and
receive your items from the vendor (T-Shirts require more time), and a
few days for us to process and pack your order. Please allow a
minimum of 10 to 17 business days to receive your order. You can
always email us at the email above to check on your order. During
the Holidays, we suggest you order your T-Shirts several weeks early.
