Normal delivery time is 10-17 business days.  We order your shirt from our manufacturer after we receive your order.

PLEASE MEASURE CAREFULLY!!!  Shirts that are exchanged  or returned for ANY REASON other than manufacturer's defect are charged a 20% restocking fee PLUS shipping, PLUS any difference in price between the shirt ordered and the shirt returned.  To see our t-shirt sizes click here.  We suggest that you "size up" for children and men.

T-SHIRT DELIVERY POLICY

We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or Holidays.

In order to be able to offer you such a huge array of sizes and styles, we order only what you order. This requires a little extra time, but when you see the beauty and quality of these shirts, we're sure you'll agree that they were worth the (small) wait. Please allow 10-17 days for your order to be filled. We do have some items in stock, so you may actually receive your order sooner. If your order contains T-Shirts and non-T-Shirt items, and you wish to have your shirt shipped separately from other items, there will be a nominal extra shipping charge for the extra shipment. Please note in the "COMMENTS" section of your order that you wish to do this.

T-SHIRT BACK-ORDER POLICY

Occasionally, a particular shirt may be out of stock at the manufacturer. If this case arises, we have been advised that it may take up to 8 weeks for reprinting and restocking. We will ALWAYS notify you if there is any such delay, and you ALWAYS have the option of canceling or changing all or part of your order if this presents too great of an inconvenience for you.  We have never had this happen, but The Mountain® has advised us that it does occasionally occur.

T-SHIRTS - LOWER SHIPPING RATES

If you are only ordering 1 or 2 T-Shirts, and have no other items in your order, your shipping rate will probably be LOWER than the price quoted during checkout, as long as a shipping envelope, rather than a shipping box, can be used, and as long as you are shipping within the Continental United States. We always charge you the lowest rate possible.  T-Shirts are shipped via the US Mail, Priority Mail whenever possible. Otherwise, we ship USPS Parcel Post. These rates are MUCH LOWER than UPS or Federal Express

Don't waste time and energy hunting around for your size--order from us! Our T-shirts, manufactured by The Mountain, come in FIVE Adult Sizes (M through 3XLG) and FOUR Children's Sizes (SM through XLG), and are PRE-SHRUNK, so there should be no appreciable shrinkage if you follow the washing instructions.

Children's T-Shirt Sizes

Please measure your child around the fullest part of his/her chest. 
The t-shirt widths given were measured from the bottom of each underarm across the front of the shirt.

• Small = Children's (2T-4T) - 13 1/2" to 14" wide

• child's chest should be no larger than 26-27 inches for comfort
  

• Medium = Children's (6-8) - 15" to 15 1/2 " wide

• child's chest should be no larger than 28-29 inches for comfort
  

• Large = Children's (10-12) - 16"  to 16 1/2" wide

• child's chest size should be no larger than 30-31 inches for comfort
  

• XLarge = Children's (14-16) - 18" to 18 1/2" wide

• child's chest size should be no larger than 34-35 inches for comfort
  (Please note that the children's XLarge is about the
  same size as a SMALL adult t-shirt would be)
  
  
  
  Adult T-Shirt Sizes & Widths
  
  T-Shirt widths were measured from the bottom of the t-shirt arm across the front of the shirt. Be sure to measure your Adult across the widest part of the chest.

• Medium  - 20 inches wide

• Adult chest should be no more than 38-39 inches for comfort
   (We do not have a  Small in T-Shirts--but there is Small in Ladies' Tops.
  The Child's XLarge is approximately the same size as an Adult Small)

• Large -  22 inches wide

• Adult chest should be no more than 40-41 inches for comfort

• XL - 24 inches wide

• Adult chest should be no more than 46-47 inches for comfort

• 2x - 25 inches wide

• Adult chest should be no more than 48-49 inches for comfort

• 3X -  27 inches wide

• Adult chest should be no more than 52-53 inches for comfort
  
  
  Teen's and Ladies' Tops Sizes (Tank Tops)

• Small = Teen Size 3-4 - (30-32 bust)

• Medium = Teen Size 5-6 (32-34 bust)

• Large  = Teen Size 7-8 (34-36 bust)

• Extra Large =  Teen Size 9-10 (36-38 bust) (approx. a Woman's Med.)

• 2X (where available) = Teen Size 11-12 (38-40 bust) (approx. a Woman's Large)

• 3x (where available) = Teen Size 13-14 (40-42 bust) (approx. a Woman's XLarge)
  These tops are a blend of cotton and spandex, so they stretch comfortably. 
  

T-SHIRT WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

All T-Shirts, Sleep-Shirts and Long-Sleeved Shirts are pre-shrunk. The manufacturer suggests the following: Prior to wearing, wash separately in cold water (do not combine light-colored and dark-colored items!)

• 1. Turn garment inside out.
• 2. Set wash temperature to cold.
• 3. Line dry or tumble dry low.
• 4. Do not bleach or dry clean.
• 
  For normal care and years of beautiful wear, please follow instructions 1-4 above. Do NOT use hot water or bleach for washing these shirts. We also suggest that you separate dark colors and light colors when washing.
