Aradia was an Italian "herb doctor" who traveled the countryside during the Dark Ages sharing her extensive knowledge of herbal medicines and remedies with the poor peasants. Her advanced healing techniques were so successful, and she was so beloved by the poor, that she earned the nickname, The Holy Strega (witch) from those she selflessly served. This Aradia pendant is Mandarava's tribute to this wonderful woman, and depicts her drawing strength from the Divine Intelligence. The necklaces features a genuine Swarovski aqua blue lead-crystal connector and lovely imported Czech glass fire-polished beads. Sterling silver chain. Aradia is silver-finish lead-free pewter, approx. 1 1/4 inches tall. The necklace is 18 inches long, extendable to 20 inches..
