Ours alone! Our beautiful Bast cat pendant, finished in pale pearly pink with genuine Swarovski crystal bicone beads and sterling silver chain. Cats were so beloved in Egypt, that the name for cat "Miu" is found in tomb inscriptions indicating that is was a favorite name for daughters. The Goddess Bast was worshipped by early Egyptians as a sun goddess, but later Greeks associated her with the moon. Thus, she is both a sun and moon goddess. Bast pendant is approx. 1 5/8 inches tall. Sterling silver clasp and chain. Chain is 18 inches long, extendable to 20 inches.

Golden King Tut Lapis Necklace
Genuine midnight-blue lapis lazuli, stone of the Pharaohs with gold-plated Neb-Chepreru-Ra amulet and gold-plated chain and beads. The symbol of Neb-Chepreru-Rah was the throne name of King Tutankamun, and adorns many of the artifacts found in his tomb. Lapis Lazuli was a royal stone, favored by the Pharaohs. So popular was this stone, that when they could not obtain the stone, they used colored glass as a substitute. Necklace is 18 inches long, extendable to 20 inches. |
