Small to medium sized, deep, deep purple crystals. Even color
across specimen.

Brazilian Beauty Amethyst Cathedral
With an avalanche of medium-sized, deep purple amethyst
points (extra lighting was required to obtain this photo; the actual
purple color is much darker than it appears, depending on your PC screen
brightness), this beautiful specimen
will garner admiring comments from friends and family alike. The
perfect size for bookshelf, display case or desk (ok--you will
need a larger desk!), she'll make a perfect gift for that very special
someone. But, please, be sure you give it to someone who'll love
her, care for her, and recognize the superb crystal formation and color.
Mother Earth worked on this specimen for hundreds of thousands of years,
and she deserves to be loved!

Huge Amethyst Mahal
Amethyst Crystal Decor Specimen
Meaning, "amethyst palace", this spectacular amethyst crystal cathedral
specimen has amethyst crystals so richly and vibrantly dark purple that
we had to use extra lighting just to photograph it! And the photo
at left doesn't begin to do her justice!
Nearly 2 feet tall (21 inches tall x 9 inches wide and 7 inches exterior
depth), scores of hundreds of medium-large and scores of large,
deep purple amethyst points protrude from the inner walls of the
cathedral, growing larger as they near the base. Some crystal
points are "megas" (extra large). There's also a "cavelet" of crystal
near the point that you can actually stick your fingertips into. So deep in color
are these amethyst points, that you'll want special lighting for this
beauty, and she'll shine as a very special centerpiece in your home or
office. Or, if kept in the shade (see note below), your lovely
Amethyst Mahal specimen will glorify your garden or waterfall. The
specimen is actually darker than photographed, with superb quality
amethyst points encrusting the interior surface of the "cathedral", all
of excellent deep purple color, shape and size. You will also note
the agate banding about the outer edges of the cathedral, part of the
outer shell of the geode in which the cathedral crystals grew over
hundreds of thousands of years.
The specimen is protected on the exterior by a dyed, concrete-resin
"shell" (most visible at the base), which not only provides a sturdy,
flat base for the specimen, but protects her from damage.
